Coach Nicole

Hi, I’m Nicole — but most people call me Nic! I’m a certified strength, nutrition, and endurance coach with a background in collegiate athletics, military leadership, and years of experience helping busy women find confidence through performance-based training. After my own journey of recovery from disordered eating and exercise addiction, I built NicHippFit to offer something the fitness industry is missing: balance, purpose, and freedom.

I specialize in helping women move from burnout and food fear to strength and sustainability. My approach isn’t just about macros or miles, it’s about creating a life where you can eat, train, and live fully. I blend science-backed strategy with a whole lot of real-life coaching to meet you where you're at, challenge you when needed, and always keep it real.
